-Raymond Dean Cline-

Raymond Dean Cline, 73, of Washington, formerly of Brighton, died Saturday afternoon June 16, 2012, at All-American Care of Washington. 

He was born in Washington on September 12, 1938, to W. Earl and Mabel Shull Cline.  He attended country schools in Washington and Jefferson Counties, had been a farm laborer and general laborer.  Raymond lived most of his life in Brighton until moving to a nursing home 2004. 

He is survived by his sister, Carrol Shelangoski (Robert) of Brighton, 3 brothers, Jerry of Brighton, Richard of East Moline, IL, Russel of Winfield, and his sister, Alice Garcia of East Moline, IL, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and 3 brothers:  Kennith, Dale and Walter, 1 niece and 1 nephew.

Raymond has been cremated. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 A.M. Thursday June 21, 2012, at First Church of God in Brighton with Pastor Ryan Meader officiating.  Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will begin at 10 A.M. prior to the service.  A light lunch will follow the service.  Memorials to Hospice of Central Iowa in Mt. Pleasant may be left at the church or mailed to the family at P.O. Box 313, Brighton, IA 52540.  Arrangements are in the care of Gould Funeral Home of Brighton.
